Berbagai jenis perasaan manusia tidak hanya ditentukan oleh faktor kejiwaan, sebab kondisi fisik juga bisa mempengaruhinya. Beberapa jenis penyakit kronis bisa membuat seseorang lebih sering mengalami perasaan tertentu sepanjang waktu.

1. Kegirangan

Tips Cara mengatasi Telinga yang Kemasukan Air

Kadang-kadang ketika mandi atau melakukan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan air, telinga kita bisa kemasukan air, yang membuat pendengaran kita jadi terasa kurang nyaman.

Berikut ini adalah beberapa tips untuk mengatasinya:

Cara 1
Jika yang kemasukan air adalah telinga kiri maka tutup telinga kanan dengan jari telunjuk tangan kanan dan miringkan kepala ke kanan. Gunakan telunjuk tangan kiri untuk meneteskan/memasukkan air ke dalam telinga kiri dan ketika sudah terasa masuk ke bagian dalam segera miringkan kepala ke kiri agar air yang ada di lubang telinga kita bisa keluar semua. Ulangi cara ini jika belum berhasil.(tips dari organisasi.org)

Cara 2
Yaitu dengan meloncat-loncat (seperti main skipping), pada saat meloncat gunakan telapak kaki, kalau sudah melakukan pendaratan gunakan tumit, itu supaya air yang masuk kedalam telinga kita langsung keluar.

Cara yang pertama saya tidak berani mencobanya karena takut kalau airnya tidak keluar mungkin bisa menyebabkan infeksi. Jadi, saya hanya mencoba cara kedua dan ternyata langsung berhasil, keluar air hangatnya setelah beberapa kali melompat-lompat.

Jangan gunakan cotton buds!

Bagi anda yang telinganya sedang kemasukan air, silahkan mencoba trik di atas. Jika berhasil, jangan lupa untuk bersyukur. Jika tidak berhasil, silahkan berdoa memohon kesembuhan, dan hubungi dokter.

Pengobatan pada alergi udang dan kerang

Satu-satunya cara pasti untuk mencegah reaksi alergi terhadap udang atau kerang adalah dengan menghindari udang atau kerang sama sekali.

Meskipun upaya-upaya terbaik anda lakukan, namun kadang-kadang anda mungkin tidak dapat menghindari udang/kerang tersebut. Jika Anda mengalami reaksi alergi ringan, gunakan obat seperti antihistamin, karena dapat mengurangi tanda dan gejalanya, seperti ruam dan gatal.

Antihistamin (misalnya: Cetirizine) dapat dikonsumsi setelah mengalami reaksi alergi udang/kerang, untuk mengendalikan reaksi Anda dan membantu meringankan ketidak-nyamanan.

* Cetirizine dapat dibeli di apotek dengan harga sekitar 5000-an rupiah

Jika Anda memiliki reaksi alergi yang parah terhadap udang/kerang (anafilaksis), anda mungkin akan memerlukan suntikan darurat epinefrin (adrenalin). Jika anda berisiko memiliki reaksi parah, bawalah suntikan epinephrine (seperti EpiPen) dengan anda setiap saat.

Berikan suntikan darurat epinefrin jika anda mengalami gejala-gejala berikut ini:

1. Kesulitan bernapas
2. Bengkak tenggorokan
3. Mengi atau batuk kering berulang
4. Dada sesak
5. Pusing, sakit kepala ringan atau perasaan bahwa anda akan pingsan

Setelah anda menggunakan epinefrin, carilah perawatan medis darurat
